This Type-C female socket is designed for high-performance and high reliability applications, using four pin SMT technology on the board, with an installation height of only 7.35mm, saving PCB space. Equipped with 16 pins, supporting USB 2.0 and USB 3.1 protocols, with a data transfer rate of up to 5Gbps. The unique 304 stainless steel shell paired with high conductivity copper terminals ensures excellent corrosion resistance and low resistance conductivity, capable of carrying high currents up to 15A, meeting the needs of fast charging and high-power equipment power supply. The insulation part is made of LCP material, which can withstand high temperatures up to 280 ° C, ensuring stable operation of the product in complex environments.     Installation requirements:

    Strict temperature control is required during welding. It is recommended to keep the peak value of the reflow soldering temperature curve within 255 ° C and the duration not exceeding 60 seconds to avoid damaging the terminals and LCP insulation due to high temperature.

    When installing four foot full mount SMT, a high-precision surface mount machine is required to ensure precise alignment between the pins and PCB pads, with a deviation controlled within ± 0.05mm, to ensure good electrical connection and mechanical stability.

    Usage restrictions:

    Although the product can withstand a high current of 15A, in practical applications, it is necessary to reduce the rating reasonably based on factors such as PCB copper foil thickness and heat dissipation conditions. If the PCB copper foil thickness is less than 35 μ m, it is recommended that the current not exceed 10A to avoid overheating of the circuit.

    This product with non waterproof design is strictly prohibited from use in humid environments to prevent short circuits and corrosion risks.

    Compatibility Description:

    When connected to a USB 2.0 device, the data transfer rate automatically switches to 480Mbps; When connected to USB 3.1 devices, high-speed transmission of 5Gbps can be achieved.

    When using non certified USB cables, there may be issues such as PD protocol handshake failure and unstable data transmission. It is recommended to pair them with USB-IF certified cables to ensure optimal performance.

    Maintenance suggestion:

    Regularly use compressed air or anti-static brushes to clean the dust inside the interface, to prevent metal foreign objects from entering the interface and causing short circuits.

    When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to use a dust cover to protect the interface, prevent oxidation and deformation of the interface, and extend the product's service life.
