The stainless steel shell (SUS304) is made by the three injection molding process (the third mock examination), which is matched with the brass terminal (C2680) and the LCP rubber core (Japan Baoli E471i) to achieve high strength and high temperature resistance. The SMT design of the four pin plug-in board on the board is adapted to the compact PCB, with an overall length of 7.35mm. The 16PIN configuration supports USB2.0 data transmission (480Mbps), DisplayPort Alt mode (version 1.2) and 5V/5A high current power supply, and meets diversified requirements through the third mock examination protocol switching. The diameter of the positioning column is 1.0mm (tolerance ± 0.1mm) to enhance mechanical stability, suitable for industrial control, medical equipment, consumer electronics and other scenarios. It has passed RoHS/REACH certification and UL 94 V-0 flame retardant testing.

    Installation requirements:

    Reflow soldering peak ≤ 255 ℃, holding time above 217 ℃ ≤ 90 seconds to avoid discoloration of LCP core; It is recommended to use positioning fixtures for four leg welding to ensure coaxiality with the PCB pads.

    Usage restrictions:

    The DisplayPort Alt mode requires a chip that supports the DP protocol (such as TI TPD12S015), otherwise it only supports USB 2.0 functionality.

    When the continuous current is greater than 5A, it is necessary to increase the heat dissipation copper foil (area ≥ 1cm ²) to avoid overheating of the VBUS pin.

    Compatibility Description:

    When connected to USB 3.0 devices, the data transfer rate automatically drops to USB 2.0. It is recommended to use AWG28 specification cables, as non certified cables may cause signal attenuation.

    The third mock examination switching needs to be achieved through CC pin protocol handshake, and it is recommended to use a dedicated switching chip (such as NXP TCA9548A or CV1021E).

    Maintenance suggestion:

    Clean the interface dust with compressed air every quarter in industrial environments to avoid short circuits caused by metal debris; Wipe the terminals with anhydrous ethanol and prohibit chlorine containing solvents.

    When idle for a long time, it is necessary to cover it with a dust cover, store it at a temperature of -20 ℃ to 60 ℃, and maintain a humidity of ≤ 60% RH to prevent terminal oxidation.
