    The installation process must strictly follow the SMT process requirements for the four pin plug-in board on the board: the reflow soldering temperature should be controlled at 240 ℃ -260 ℃ (the upper limit of LCP black glue's high temperature resistance is 260 ℃, exceeding 270 ℃ may cause deformation of the shell), and the welding time is recommended to be 30-60 seconds to avoid long-term high temperature staying and damaging the internal conductor or insulation structure of the mother socket; After welding, it is necessary to inspect the four pin solder joints with a magnifying glass to ensure that there is no virtual soldering or continuous soldering. If any abnormal solder joints are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner to prevent poor contact during later use.

    When using it in daily life, the insertion and removal should be done vertically and steadily with force, avoiding tilting or rotating insertion and removal - the 16 PIN pins are densely arranged, and forcibly tilting may cause the pins to bend or break, leading to short circuits or data transmission interruptions; If excessive resistance is found when inserting the plug, it is necessary to check whether there are foreign objects (such as dust and metal debris) in the female socket interface. It can be cleaned with a dry soft brush before inserting, and do not directly insert forcefully.

    In terms of maintenance and storage, it is necessary to avoid long-term exposure of the mother seat to humid (humidity>95% RH) and corrosive gases (such as industrial waste gas and acidic gases). Although 304 stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, long-term exposure to strong corrosive environments may still cause rust, affecting structural stability; The idle mother seat should be stored in a dry, room temperature (10 ℃ -30 ℃) environment, avoiding stacking with sharp objects to prevent scratches or damage to the LCP black rubber shell.

    Special scenario usage precautions: If used in 15A high current scenarios (such as laptop fast charging), ensure that the connected devices and cables support 15A current carrying capacity to avoid heating due to insufficient cable current limit; If abnormal heating is found in the mother seat during equipment operation (temperature exceeding 60 ℃), the connection should be immediately disconnected to check for poor contact or load overload. After troubleshooting, the mother seat or equipment should be prevented from being damaged by high temperature before use.
