    Storage and transportation precautions
    The product should be stored in a dry and clean environment with a temperature of -5 ℃~35 ℃ and a relative humidity of 25%~55%, avoiding high temperature and humidity, direct sunlight or contact with dust and corrosive gases, and preventing pin oxidation, steel rusting, and plastic shell aging.
    During transportation, anti-static packaging (shielding bag+turnover box) is used, with moisture-proof agent inside and "anti-static" and "handle with care" signs posted on the outside to avoid violent handling that may cause the shell to break, the plug-in board to bend, and the steel sheet to fall off; After opening the packaging, unused products need to be resealed within 24 hours.
    Precautions for installation operation
    Before installation, confirm that the size of the PCB board solder pads matches the pins of the mother socket and the plug board, with an error of ≤± 0.05mm, to avoid installation tilt caused by mismatched solder pads; Strictly follow the SMT reflow soldering temperature curve, with a preheating section of 90 ° C~120 ° C (60~90 seconds) and a peak section of 240 ° C~260 ° C (≤ 8 seconds), to prevent high temperature from causing softening of the shell and deformation of the steel sheet.
    After installation, AOI inspection or high-power magnifying glass inspection is carried out to confirm that the mother seat is not tilted, the plug-in board is not offset, there is no virtual welding connection, the steel sheet is firmly connected to the shell, and abnormal products need to be repaired with professional tools. It is forbidden to enter the next process with defects.
    Precautions for use and maintenance
    When in use, the input current should not exceed the rated value of 3A. It is forbidden to connect an overload power adapter to avoid overheating and burning of the pins; The insertion and removal of the male head should be carried out vertically and smoothly, and tilting or pulling is prohibited. Although curling and steel plates enhance protection, excessive force can cause damage. It is recommended to control the insertion and removal life within 5000 times.
    Regularly clean the dust and foreign objects in the interface and edge gaps of the mother seat, use a dry soft brush to clean, and prohibit touching the pins or steel plates with metal tools; Before repairing the equipment, turn off the power and use professional tools to disassemble the PCB board. It is forbidden to directly turn on the mother seat.
    Other taboos
    It is prohibited to modify the product structure without authorization (such as cutting short inserts, disassembling steel sheets, trimming rolled edges), as modification will damage electrical performance and stability and cause equipment failure; Prohibited for use in industrial high voltage, high temperature, underwater and other scenarios beyond the design scope. Special protection grade connectors must be selected for such scenarios.
    If problems such as cracking of the mother seat shell, loosening of steel plates, poor contact, etc. are found, immediately replace the mother seat with a new one. Do not continue to use damaged products to avoid causing larger equipment failures.
