    Installation specifications

    Welding parameters: Recommended reflow soldering temperature is 250 ℃± 5 ℃, preheating at 150-200 ℃ for 90-120 seconds to avoid high temperature damage to LCP insulation.

    Pad matching: It is recommended to have a PCB pad aperture of 0.5mm and a pin insertion depth of 0.95mm to ensure soldering strength.

    Positioning column usage: The positioning columns on both sides of the shell need to be matched with the positioning holes on the PCB board, with a tolerance controlled within ± 0.05mm to prevent installation tilt.

    Usage environment

    Temperature range: -40 ℃ to+85 ℃, avoid long-term exposure to high temperature (>85 ℃) or high humidity (>85% RH) environment.

    Magnetic field interference: Keep away from strong magnetic fields (>100mT) to prevent interference with PD protocol communication of CC pin.

    Maintenance suggestions

    Regular inspection: Clean the oxide layer on the surface of the terminal every quarter, use a soft cloth dipped in anhydrous alcohol to wipe, and avoid using sharp tools to damage the gold plating layer.

    Long term storage: Separate the male and female sockets to prevent long-term compression and deformation of the terminals. It is recommended to store in a dry environment (humidity ≤ 60%).

    Compatibility notes 

    Power matching: Ensure that the input voltage/current of the equipment is within the rated range of the mother base (5V/3A) to avoid overload damage.

    Protocol support: Only supports USB PD protocol, and requires a cable with E-Marker chip to achieve 100W high-power transmission.
