The TYPE C female 24PIN clamp plate 0.8 L=9.3 the third mock examination springless high conductivity copper LCP is a full function high-speed connector facing the mainstream market. The 24PIN layout supports USB3.2 GEN2 (20Gbps) data transmission, DisplayPort 1.4 (8K video) and PD 3.1 (100W) fast charging. 0.8mm plywood adapts to the thickness of mainstream PCB, L=9.3mm standard body balances space and stability, and the third mock examination molding process (stamping+injection molding+assembly) ensures 0.8mm spacing accuracy (tolerance ± 0.015mm). The high conductivity copper terminal is gold-plated with 3 μ m, the LCP insulator is resistant to high temperatures of 260 ℃, and the non spring structure improves long-term reliability. It is suitable for medium density layout scenarios such as laptops, docking stations, and industrial controls.

    Reliability testing

    Environmental testing:

    Salt spray test: 5% NaCl solution, 48 hours, no corrosion on terminals and clamps (rating ≥ 8).

    Temperature cycle: -40 ℃ to 85 ℃, 1000 cycles, contact resistance change ≤ 10%, LCP insulator without cracks.

    Mechanical testing:

    Vibration test: 10-500Hz, 15g acceleration, continuous for 2 hours, no cracking of solder joints, signal transmission stability ≥ 99.8%.

    Plug and unplug lifespan: Contact resistance ≤ 40m Ω after 10000 cycles, clamp deformation ≤ 0.1mm, in compliance with GB/T 18268.1-2015 standard.

    Installation specifications

    Welding parameters:

    Reflow soldering: temperature 250 ± 5 ℃, preheating 150-200 ℃ for 90-120 seconds, peak time ≤ 60 seconds.

    Manual welding: Temperature ≤ 320 ℃, time ≤ 3 seconds, use 0.5mm diameter solder wire (Sn96.5Ag3.0Cu0.5) to avoid bridging.

    PCB design:

    The tolerance for solder pad spacing is ± 0.02mm. It is recommended to use circuit boards with more than 8 layers, and the impedance control of the signal layer should be ± 8%.

    The grounding pin connection is ≥ 20mm ² covered with copper, and the power layer is arranged adjacent to the ground layer to reduce power noise.

    Positioning requirements: Use fixtures to ensure that the clamp is perpendicular to the PCB, with a tilt angle of ≤ 1 °, to avoid uneven force on high-density pins.

    Usage environment

    Temperature and humidity range: working temperature -40 ℃ to 85 ℃, storage temperature -50 ℃ to 90 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% RH (no condensation).

    Taboo scenario: Avoid long-term exposure to strong acid-base (pH<4 or pH>10), high dust (>200mg/m ³), or strong magnetic field (>100mT) environments.

    Maintenance suggestions

    Regular testing: Measure the contact resistance with a multimeter every quarter (normal ≤ 30m Ω), and calibrate high-frequency signals through a network analyzer.

    Cleaning and maintenance: Use anhydrous alcohol to wipe the surface of the terminal, and do not touch it with sharp tools to prevent damage to the gold plating layer.

    Long term storage: The non installed mother base is sealed in a moisture-proof bag (humidity ≤ 60%), with a storage period of ≤ 2 years, to avoid LCP moisture absorption and terminal oxidation.

    Compatibility Tips

    Protocol matching: It needs to be paired with a main control chip that supports USB 3.2 GEN2 (such as Renesas RAA77940), and the DisplayPort function requires an external signal adapter chip.

    Male head selection: Use a 24PIN TYPE C male head that complies with the USB-IF standard. Non standard male heads may cause poor contact or protocol handshake failure.
