The TYPE C female seat 14PIN vertical plug L=8.8 four prong pin length 2.0 the third mock examination elastic 304 brass LCP is a high reliability connector. The 14PIN layout supports USB3.1 GEN2 high-speed data transmission (10Gbps) and PD 3.0 fast charging (100W). The vertical plug-in design adapts to the vertical installation scene. The four prong leg (2.0mm long) enhances the welding stability. The the third mock examination forming process ensures the structural accuracy. The built-in elastic contact piece improves the reliability of plugging (service life ≥ 10000 times). The shell is made of 304 stainless steel, the terminals are made of high conductivity brass (gold-plated 3 μ m), and the insulator is made of LCP material. It can withstand high temperatures of 260 ℃ and is suitable for harsh environments such as consumer electronics and industrial equipment.

    Industry certification

    USB-IF certification: Passed USB3.1 GEN2 and USB PD 3.0 certification (TID No.XXXX), compliant with USB Type-C specification R2.1, supports eMarker cable recognition and dynamic power allocation.

    Safety certification: UL 498 certification (file number EXXXXXX), compliant with IEC 60950-1 safety standard, withstand voltage test 1500V AC without breakdown, terminal tension ≥ 5N.

    Environmental certification: RoHS 2.0/REACH SVHC compliance, 304 stainless steel/brass/LCP are all recyclable materials, and the production process has passed ISO 14001 environmental management system certification.

    Reliability testing

    Environmental testing:

    High and low temperature cycling: -40 ℃ to 85 ℃, with a contact resistance change of ≤ 8% after 500 cycles.

    Humidity test: Store in a 95% RH environment for 48 hours, with an insulation resistance of ≥ 500M Ω.

    Mechanical testing:

    Insertion and unplugging lifespan: Contact resistance ≤ 40m Ω after 10000 insertions and unpluggations, spring deformation ≤ 0.1mm.

    Vibration test: 10-500Hz, amplitude 0.35mm, continuous for 2 hours without poor contact.

    Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC): Passed CISPR 32 Class B radiation test, with radiated noise ≤ 40dB μ V/m (30-1000MHz).

    Installation specifications

    Welding parameters: Wave soldering temperature 255-265 ℃, soldering time 3-5 seconds; Manual welding temperature ≤ 320 ℃ to avoid high temperature damage to LCP insulation.

    PCB design:

    Solder pad aperture: The harpoon foot is compatible with a 0.8mm aperture, and the solder pad spacing tolerance is ± 0.05mm.

    Grounding design: The grounding pin of the shell needs to be connected to a PCB with a large area of copper coating (≥ 20mm ²) to enhance EMI suppression effect.

    Positioning requirements: Use fixtures to ensure that the female seat is installed vertically, with a tilt angle of ≤ 1.5 °, to avoid stress concentration when the male and female seats are inserted together.

    Usage environment

    Temperature/Humidity: Operating temperature -40 ℃ to 85 ℃, storage temperature -50 ℃ to 90 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% RH (no condensation).

    Taboo scenarios: Avoid contact with highly corrosive liquids (such as alcohol, solvents), high concentration dust (>100mg/m ³), and strong magnetic fields (>100mT).

    Maintenance suggestions

    Regular cleaning: wipe the interface with anhydrous alcohol (purity ≥ 99%) every quarter to remove dust and oxides, and prohibit the use of metal tools to touch the shrapnel.

    Long term storage: When not in use, it should be sealed in a dry environment (humidity ≤ 60%), and it is recommended to use a dust cap to prevent foreign objects from entering. The storage period should be ≤ 2 years.

    Compatibility notes 

    Device matching: It needs to be matched with TYPE C male connectors that comply with the USB-IF standard. Non standard interfaces may cause protocol handshake failure or poor contact.

    Cable selection: When transmitting 10Gbps data or 100W power, certified cables with eMarker chips are required. Ordinary cables may cause performance degradation or overheating.
